Bishop Derek T. Triplett is a seasoned pastor, preacher, and teacher with more than two decades of ministry experience. He is the founding pastor of Hope Fellowship Church and is widely respected for his ability to communicate the Word of God with clarity, conviction, and practical relevance.
Known for preaching that challenges believers to grow in maturity and responsibility, Bishop Triplett’s ministry emphasizes faith that works—belief that shows up in daily life, leadership, and service. A native of East St. Louis, Illinois, Bishop Triplett is a graduate of Bradley University and completed theological studies at Reformed Theological Seminary. He was consecrated as a bishop in 1998 within the Full Gospel Baptist Church Fellowship.
